Rachel Young is the founder of Nuovo, an outcome-driven partner for music tech companies and their founders.Through Nuovo, she helps teams gain commercial and product traction faster by solving high-stakes challenges with her unique methodology.Before launching Nuovo, Rachel was Head of Product, Distribution & Monetisation (EMEA) at TikTok/SoundOn, where she built and integrated new in-app music product rollouts spanning the full artist lifecycle, from engagement features to monetisation pathways.Earlier in her career, she spent four years at Instrumental, the music technology company using data science and machine learning to fuel label growth. Within its label team, FRTYFVE, she developed a bespoke distribution platform and contributed to three UK No.1 singles.Drawing on her experience from record labels to global platforms, Rachel founded Nuovo to give founders the kind of high-trust, commercially minded product support she knows that they actually need.
